Easter Egg decorations highlight garden club programPublished 12:37pm Thursday, March 21, 2013
Betty Coker read the club collect and Kitty Graham gave the devotional.
Brenda Moseley gave an interesting program on decorating Easter eggs. She provided each member with a large goose egg and instructed them on the technique of decorating the eggs with a special paint. Hangers were then put on the decorated eggs and they were ready to serve as Easter decor in members’ homes.
Bobbie Haggerty won the door prize, which was a beautiful spring plant. Members then enjoyed a covered dish lunch.
The Twilight Garden Club’s next meeting will be April 11. Call Pam Keltz at 334-541-4032 if you are interested in becoming a member of the club.
