Reports filed by officers of the Elmore County Sheriff’s Department March 19-22.

March 19
• Third-degree criminal mischief and first-degree criminal trespassing was reported on the 1500 block of Governor’s Island near Lake Martin.
• Two counts of third degree domestic violence were reported on Hurt Drive in Wetumpka when offender kicked open a door and verbally abused two victims.
• Harassing communications was reported on Zeigler Road in Holtville.
• Domestic violence was reported on Crenshaw Road in WEtumpka

March 20
• Third-degree theft of property was reported at a county highway department job site on Minnie Knight Road in Titus when the battery was stolen from an excavator.
• Identity theft was reported on Politic Road in Elmore.
• Theft of property was reported on Willow Lane in Holtville when a boat motor was stolen.
• Illegal possession of a prescription medicine was reported on Forest Drive in Millbrook.
•Third-degree criminal mischief was reported on the 1500 block of Rifle Range Road when the side window of an SUV was broken out.

March 21
• Harassing communications was reported on Timberland Pass in Wetumpka.
• Third-degere assault was reported at a business on Tallassee Highway when two employees of a road-paving crew got into a disagreement over operation of the paving machine and a fight ensued, with the victim receiving a minor knife wound.
• Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card was reported on Antioch Road in Weoka.
• Harassment was reported on Mt. Hebron Road in Elmore.
• Harassment was reported on 2200 block of Alabama Highway 143 in Elmore.
• Third-degree burglary and second-degree theft of property was reported at a home on Briar Loop Road in Holtville when various prescription medication was stolen.
• Third-degree domestic violence was reported on the 700 block of Highway 143 in Elmore.
• Reckless endangerment was reported on Cleveland Drive in Wetumpka when the offender allegedly tried to run over the victim with a black Honda.
• Harassing communications was reported on the 200 block of Crenshaw Road.

March 22
• Obstruction of governmental operations was reported on Flatwood Road in Wetumpka.

March 19
• A Wetumpka woman, 23, was arrested on Crenshaw Road and charged with third-degree domestic violence (harassment).
• An Alexander City man, 42, was arrested on Warr Road on Lake Martin and charged with possession of a controlled substance, second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• A Montgomery man, 23, was arrested at a Wetumpka business and charged with harassment.
• An Eclectic woman, 52, was arrested on Union Road and charged with four counts failure to appear on charges of negotiating with a worthless instrument.
• A Prattville man, 44, was arrested on Culpepper Road in Deatsville and charged with illegal possession of prescription pills.

March 20
• A Tallassee woman, 26, was arrested at Good Hope Road and charged with negotiating with a worthless instrument.
•A Tallassee man, 32, was arrested at the county line and charged with harassment.
• A Millbrook man, 20, was arrested on Forest Drive and charged with possession of prescription medication.
• A Wetumpka man, 26, was arrested on Rifle Range Road and charged wtih third-degree burglary, third-degree theft of property, resisting arrest and failure to appear.
• Unlawful possesion of drug paraphernalia was reported on Caroline Drive in Millbrook.

March 21
• A Wetumpka man, 42, was arrested on Fairlane Drive in Montgomery and charged with possession of a controlled substance and first-degere receiving stolen property.
• A Wetumpka man, 22, was arrested at the jail and held for another agency.
• A Shorter woman, 32, was arrested at a Tallassee business and charged with probation violation.
• A Deatsville man, 18, was arresteed on Fairlane Drive in Montgomery and charged with trafficking methamphetamine.
• A Wetumpka woman, 43, was arrested on Crenshaw Drive and charged with failure to appear on charges of public intoxication, resisting arrest and obstructing governmental operations.
• A Marbury woman, 22, was arrested for jumping bail on charges of illegal possession of prescription drugs, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• A Holtville man, 18, was arrested on U.S. Highway 231 and charged with two counts of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance.
• A Montgomery man, 54, was arrested on U.S. Highway 231 and charged with two counts of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance.
• A Wetumpka man, 37, was arrested on Highway 231 and charged with failure to appear on two traffic charges.
• A Montgomery woman, 34, was arrested at the county line and charged with failure to appear on traffic violations.
• A Wetumpka man, 28, was arrested on Alexandria Way and charged with four counts of failure to appear on traffic violations.
• A Wetumpka woman, 27, was arrested at the county line and charged with failure to appear on possession of drug paraphernalia charges.
• A Wetumpka man, 26, was arrested in Millbrook and charged with failure to appear on charges of receiving stolen property.
• A Wetumpka woman, 53, was arrested at the jail and charged with three counts of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance.

March 22
• A Montgomery man, 54, was arrested at the jail for non-payment of child support.
