Reports filed by officers of the Elmore County Sheriff’s Department April 9-11.

April 9
• Third-degree burglary and second-degree theft of property were reported on Little Kowaliga Road near Lake Martin when two flatscreen TVs were stolen.

April 9
• Third-degree domestic violence (harassing communications) was reported.
• Third-degree burglary and third-degree theft of property were reported on Lakeview Drive in Deatsville when a hunting knife was stolen.
• Identity theft was reported on Lucky Town Loop.
• Third-degree criminal mischief was repored on Cook Lane in Crenshaw when a front door was damaged.
• Second-degree theft of property was reported on Lightwood Road when an EBT card was stolen.
• Reckless endangerment was reported on Lucky Town Loop in Elmore when a handgun was fired toward another person.

April 10
• Third-degree criminal mischief was reported on Bald Cypress East near Lake Martin when a window was broken.
• Second-degree theft of property was reported on Dexter Road near Santuck when assorted parts were stolen off a Barco loader.
• Harassment was reported on Oak Creek Loop in Wetumpka.
• Third-degree domestic violence was reported on Weoka Ridge Drive in Wetumpka.
• First-degree theft of property was reported on Nobles Road in Wetumpka when a black utility trailer and eight tires were stolen.
• Identity theft was reported on Loboe Road in Equality.
• Third-degree theft of property was reported on Summertime Parkway in Deatsville when prescription medicine was stolen from a residence.
• Violation of the sex offender community notification act was reported on Chapel Lakes Lane in Wetumpka for failure to list “sex offender” on his driver’s license.
• Third-degree domestic violence (criminal mischief) was reported on the 77000 block of Tallassee Highway when a car windshield and window were damaged.

Arrests made by officer of the Elmore County Sheriff’s Department April 9-11.

April 9
• A Wetumpka man, age unknown, was arrested on Balm Road and charged with first-degree receiving stolen property.
• A Wetumpka man, 32, was arrested on Balm Road and Dexter Road and charged with third-degree burglary, first degree theft of property, first-degree receiving solen property and possession of drug paraphernlia.
• A Tallassee man, 60, was arrested at the sheriff’s office and charged with failure to appear on a drug charge.
• A Wetumpka man, 26, was arrested on U.S. Highway 231 and charged with failure to appear on a traffic violation.

April 10
• A Wetumpka man, 19, was arrested at the jail and charged with failure to appear on marijuana possession charges.
• A Millbrook woman, 49, was arrested on U.S. Highway 231 on a probation violation.
• A Wetumpka man, 35, was arrested at the jail and charged with violation of the sex offender notification act.
• A Tallassee man, 27, was arrested at the sheriff’s office and charged with a probation violation.
• An Eclectic man, 22, was arrested on Highway 229 in Tallassee on a probation violation.
• A Wetumpka man, 32, was arrested at the jail and charged with first degree theft of property.
• A Wetumpka man, 19, was arrested on Elmore Road and McCain Road intersection and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of failure to appear on traffic violations.

April 11
• A Tuscaloosa woman, 27, was arrested at the jail and charged with four counts of failure to appear on bad check charges.
