Reports filed by officers of the Elmore County Sheriff’s Department April 19-22.

April 19
• Harassment and domestic violence was reported on the 200 block of Alabama Highway 143 in Elmore.
• Third-degree domestic violence (harassment) was reported on the 700 block of Lake Eagle Nest Drive in Wetumpka.
• Third-degree domestic violence (harassment) was reported on the 2200 block of Alabama Highway 143 in Elmore.
• Harassment was reported on the 2200 block of Alabama Highway 143.
• Third-degree burglary and third-degree theft of property were reported on the 500 block of Ceasarville Road.
• Third-degree criminal mischief was reported on the 10300 block of Holtville Road.
• First-degree theft of property was reported on the 2100 block of Highway 143.
• Third-degree theft of property was reported on Ceasarville Road in Holtville when leather jackets, VHS tapes and clothes were stolen.
• Third-degree theft of property and second-degree theft of property were reported on the 2000 block of Mitchell Creek Road, when a Fender guitar, reel-to-reel recorder, $800 in cash, and other items were stolen.

April 20
• Domestic Violence and harassment were reported on Rifle Range Road in Wetumpka.
• Third-degree domestic violence (harassment) was reported on the 2100 block of Rifle Range Road.
• Firing into an occupied dwelling was reported on the 2000 block of Sunny Lane in Eclectic.
• Menacing was reported on the 900 block of Osborne Lane in Tallassee.
• Second-degree possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession prescription medication, giving a false name to law enforcement and possession of a controlled substance were reported when a car was stopped and after the deputy smelled “raw marijuana” and three bags of green leafy substance, as well as prescription medication was discovered.
• Second-degree possession of marijuana was reported at Gober Road and Sandtown Road when a bag containing a green leafy substance was found in a vehicle.
• Second-degree possession of marijuana was reported at Coosada Road and Sandtown Road when a bag containing a green leafy substance was found in a vehicle.
• Second-degree possession of marijuana was reported at Alabama Highway 14 and Jackson Street in Elmore when two burned joints were stolen.
• First-degree possession of marijuana was reported at Gober Road in Millbrook.
• Breaking and entering a vehicle and third-degree theft of property were reported on I-65 at Exit 179 when a yoga mat, dumbbell set and assorted CDs were stolen.
• First-degree criminal mischief was reported on the 100 block of Bowen Bend when a roof was damaged.
• Reckless endangerment was reported at Alabama Highways 14 and 143.

April 21
• Harassment was reported on the 800 block of Redland Downs Drive in Wetumpka.
• Breaking and entering a vehicle and second-degree theft of property were reported at the state docks on Lake Jordan when a purse, mixed currency and debit cards were stolen.
• Third-degree criminal mischief was reported on Lucky Town Loop.
• Third-degree burglary and third-degree theft of property were reported on the 200 block of Lucky Town Loop when a flatscreen TV was stolen.
• Third-degree burglary and first degree theft of property were reported on the 1600 block of Emerald Mountain Parkway.

April 22
• Forgery and giving a false name to law enforcement were reported on Highway 231.
• Third-degree harassing communications was reported on Hobbs Road in Eclectic.

Arrests made by officer of the Elmore County Sheriff’s Department April 19-23.

April 19
• A Pike Road man, 36, was arrested at the county line and charged with failure to appear.
• An Elmore woman, 29, was arrested on the 000 block of Malory Lane and charged with harassing communications.
• A Montgomery man, 43, was arrested at the county line in Millbrook and charged with failure to appear.
• A Tallassee man, 24, was arrested at the jail after being indicted for second-degree theft of property.
• A Wetumpka man, 33, was arrested at Tallassee Highway and Georgia Road and charged with public intoxication.
• A Mobile man, 33, was arrested at the jail and after being indicted for second-degree escape and first-degree theft of property. He was also charged with multiple counts of failure to appear.
• An Eclectic man, 31, was arrested at Good Hope Road and Tallassee Highway and charged with third-degree assault.
• A Wetumpka woman, 58, was arrested on Highway 231 at Shadowwood Lane and charged with failure to appear.

April 20
• A Millbrook woman, 28, was arrested on Highway 14 in Millbrook and charged with driving under the influence.
• A Millbrook man, 30, was arrested at Sandtown and Coosada roads and charged with second-degree possession of marijuana.
• A Millbrook man, 28, was arrested at Sandtown and Gober roads and charged with second-degree possession of marijuana.
• A Wetumpka man, 48, was arrested on Rifle Range Road and charged with obstructing government operations.
• A Wetumpka man, 49, was arrested on Highway 14 at Jackson Street in Elmore and charged with second degree possession or marijuana.
• A Millbrook woman, 49, was arrested at Deatsville Highway and Alpha Lane and charged with driving under the influence.
• A Wetumpka woman, 25, was arrested on the 100 block of Jeffrey Drive and charged with failure to appear.
• A Prattville man, 60, was arrested at Main Street and Gober Road in Millbrook and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
• A Montgomery man, 23, was arrested at a U.S. Highway 231 business in Wetumpka and charged with second-degree marijuana possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and illegal possession of prescription drugs.

April 21
• A Tallassee man, 18, was arrested on the 5500 block of Georgia Road and charged with first degree assault and second-degree assault.
• A Tallassee man, 18, was arrested on the 5500 block of Georgia Road and charged with first degree assault and second-degree assault.
• A Tallassee man, 23, was arrested on the 5500 block of Georgia Road and charged with first degree assault and second-degree assault.
• An Eclectic woman, 27, was arrested on the 700 block of Squaw Ridge Road and charged with failure to appear.
• A Tallassee man, 23, was arrested on the 5500 block of Georgia Road and charged with first-degree assault and second-degree assault.
• A Tallassee man, 41, was arrested at Good Hope Road and Tallassee Highway and charged with failure to appear on a domestic violence charge.
• A Tallassee man, 34, was arrested at Good Hope Road and Tallassee Highway and charged with failure to appear on a second degree theft charge.
• A Wetumpka woman, 19, was arrested at the jail and charged with harassing communications.
• A Millbrook man, 28, was arrested on Highway 14 in Millbrook and charged with driving under the influence.

April 22
• A Wetumpka man, 30, was arrested on the 300 block of Cameron Circle and charged with obstructing government operations.
• A Montgomery man, 24, was arrested at the county line and charged with failure to appear on a marijuana charge.
• A Montgomery man, 22, was arrested at the jail and charged with harassing communications.
• A Millbrook man, 31, was arrested on U.S. Highway 231 and charged with second-degree forgery and giving a false name to law enforcement.

April 23
• A Titus woman, 28, was arrested on Coosa River Parkway and charged with non-payment of child support.
