Reports filed by officers of the Elmore County Sheriff’s Department April 26-May 3.

April 26
• Harassment was reported when a suspect called the Department of Human Resources and made a false endangered child report against victim.

April 30
• Menacing was reported on Chapel Road in Crenshaw when a handgun was brandished at victim.
• Harassing communications was reported on the 1300 block of Crenshaw Road.
• Harassment was reported on Highway 14 in Elmore.
• Third-degree theft of property and fraudulent use of a debit card was reported on the 100 block of Ginger Lane in Eclectic when a wallet was stolen.

May 1
• Second-degree identity theft was reported on Dogwood Drive in Redland.
• Third-degree burglary and second-degree theft of property was reported on the 4200 block of Lightwood Road on Lake Jordan when a welding machine, aluminum wheels, welding wire leads and shelving was stolen.
• Second-degree domestic violence (assault) was reported on the 800 block of Crenshaw Road.
• Harassing communications was reported on the 4600 block of Elmore Road in Wetumpka.
• Fraudulent use of a debit card was reported on Cold Springs Road in Deatsville.
• Identity theft was reported on the 5000 block of Upper River Road in Tallassee.

May 2
• Third-degree theft of property was reported on the 300 block of Island Winds Drive on Lake Martin.
• First-degree theft of property was reported on the 300 block of Bouldin Dam Road near Lake Jordan when more than $10,000 in miscellaneous tools were stolen.
• Second-degree theft of property was reported on the 7800 block of Highway 111 when a debit card was stolen.
• First-degree robberty was reported on Alabama Highway 14 in Elmore, when victim had a gun held to his head as the suspect demanded and took the cash in his wallet.
• Third-degree theft of property was reported on the 10400 block of Holtville Road in Deatsville when an iPhone was stolen.

May 3
• First-degree criminal trespassing was reported on the 200 block of Kennedy Avenue in Coosada.
• Third-degree domestic violence (harassment) was reported on the 200 block of Ashwood Drive in Titus.

Arrests made by officer of the Elmore County Sheriff’s Department April 27-May 2.

April 27
• A Wetumpka man, 49, was arrested on the 200 block of White Road after a grand jury indictment for first degree theft of property.
• A Tallassee man, 33, was arrested at Highway 14 and Good Hope Road and charged with first-degree receiving stolen property.
• A Wetumpka woman, 23, was arrested on Sycamore Street and charged with third-degree domestic violence.
• A Deatsville woman, 34, was arrested at the jail and charged with second-degree theft of property and six counts of fraudulent use of a credit card.
• A Wetumpka man, 22, was arrested at the jail and charged with discharging a gun into an occupied building and second-degree assault.
• A Montgomery man, 42, was arrested at the jail and charged with first-degree robbery.
• A Montgomery man, 26, was arrested at Old Prattville Junction and Coosada Parkway and charged with possession of a controlled substance.
• A Coosada man, 32, was arrested at Old Prattville Junction and Coosada Parkway and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

April 30
• An Elmore man, 35, was arrested on Duncan Road and charged with public intoxication.

May 1
• A Titus man, 32, was arrested on Highway 231 at Central Plank Road and charged with driving under the influence and failure to yeild.
• A Tallassee man, 25, was arrested on Tallassee Highway at Good Hope Road and charged with four counts of negotiating with a worthless instrument.
• A Wetumpka man, 62, was arrested at the jail and charged with menacing.
• A Prattville man, 58, was arrested on Sandtown Road at Grandview Road in Millbrook and charged with driving under the influence.

May 2
• A Montgomery man, 33, was arrested at the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office and charged with four counts of resisting arrest.
• A Deatsville man, 31, was arrested at the jail after being indicted by a grand jury on charges of third-degree escape.
• A Panama City, Fla., man, 34, was arrested at the Elmore COunty Courthouse and charged with second-degree theft of property.
• A Prattville woman, 29, was arrested on Highway 231 at Redland Road and charged with negotiating with a worthless instrument.
• A Wetumpka man 18, was arrested at the jail and charged with minor in possession of alcohol.
• A Tallassee man, 42, was arrested at the jail and charged with three counts of harassment.
• A Montgomery man, 23, was arrested at the county line and charged with second-degree theft of property, breaking and entering a vehicle and fraudulent use of a credit or debit card.
