Reports filed by officers of the Elmore County Sheriff’s Department May 3-6.

May 3
• Second-degree theft fo property was reported on the 100 block of Teepee Lane in Wetumpka when a flatscreen TV and two video game systems were stolen.
• Third-degree burglary and second-degree theft of property were reported on the 100 block of Foxwood Road in Deatsville when a TV and cell phone were stolen.
• Failure to pay for gasoline was reported at a gas station in Wallsboro.
• Harassment was reported at a business on Alabama Highway 14 when business owner allegedly threatened bodily harm over a $5 debt.
• Third-degree theft of property was reported on the 000 block of Old Barn Road in Wetumpka brittney spaniel puppy was stolen.
• Third-degree domestic violence and harassing communications were reported on the 000 block of Singleton Lane in Wetumpka.
• Third-degree domestic violence (harassment) was reported on the 800 block of Alabama Highway 143 in Elmore.

May 4
• Third-degree domestic violence, third-degree assault and reckless endangerment were reported on the 4000 block of Alabama Highway 14 when an argument escalated to violence while the victim was driving, causing victim to swerve into oncoming traffic.
• Third-degree domestic violence (harassment) was reported on the 400 block of Old Barn Road in Eclectic.
• Identity theft was reported on the 200 block of White Road in Wetumpka.
• Third-degree domestic violence (harassment) was reported on the 200 block of Stonegate Trail in Redland.
• Third-degree domestic violence (harassment) was reported on the 000 block of Boldin Dam Road on Lake Jordan.

May 5
• Third-degree burglary and second-degree theft of property were reported on the 3400 block of Dozier Road when three flatscreen TVs, two diamond rings, a pair of shoes and an XBox system were stolen.
• Second-degree theft of property was reported on the 1900 block of Ceasarville Road in Holtville when prescription painkillers were stolen.
• Second-degree theft of property was reported on the 2600 block of Chapel Road in the Crenbshaw community when various power tools were stolen.

May 6
• Third-degree domestic violence (harassment) was reported on the 800 block of Nixon Lane in Wetumpka.

Arrests made by officer of the Elmore County Sheriff’s Department May 3-6.

May 3
• A Tallassee man, 39, was arrested at the Tallassee Police Department and charged with failure to pay child support.
• A Montgomery man, 20, was arrested at the Montgomery County Jail and charged with third-degree burglary.
• An Eclectic man, 51, was arrested on the 800 block of Mt. Hebron Road and charged with failure to Appear on assault charges.
• An Elmore man, 43, was arrested on the 800 block of Highway 143 and charged with third-degree domestic violence.

May 4
• An Elmore man, 36, was arrested at the jail and charged with harassment.
• An Eclectic man, 27, was arrested at the jail and charged with failure to appear on marijuana possession charges.
• A Millbrook man, 32, was arrested on Highway 14 at Airport Road and charged with first-degree criminal trespass and failure to appear on a DUI charge.
• A Tallassee woman, 61, was arrested on the 400 block of Old Barn Road and charged with domestic violence and making a false report to law enforcement.
• A Tallassee man, 67, was arrested on the 400 block of Old Barn Road and charged with domestic violence.
• An Equality man, 59, was arrested on Central Plank Road at Highway 231 and charged with improper lane change, open container and driving under the influence.

May 5
• A Wetumpka man, 40, was arrested at the county line and charged with failure to appear on charges he violated the manditory notice law for sex offenders.
• A Millbrook man, 24, was arrested on Fitzpatrick Road at Elmore Road and charged with giving a false name to law enforcement.
