Reports filed by officers of the Elmore County Sheriff’s Department May 6-8.

May 6
• Third-degree criminal trespassing was reported on Spring Drive in Wetumpka.
• Harassment was reported on the 2200 block of Rifle Range Road in Redland.

May 7
• Second-degree theft of property was reported on the 1400 block of Estes Road in Wetumpka when a band saw was stolen after a shed door was forced open.
• First-degree theft of property was reported on the 200 block of Taylor Hill Drive in Wetumpka when a yellow diamond ring and a four-diamond wedding band — total value more than $22,000 — were stolen.
• Making a terrorist threat was reported at a school on the 600 block of Bulldog Lane in Holtville when an irate parent threatened to “burn down” the school and shoot employees. The school administrator declined to prosecute.
• Second-degree theft of property and breaking and entering a vehicle were reported on I-65 in Millbrook when a CD player and speakers were stolen from a broken down car.
• Harassment was reported on the 000 block of Barry Lane in Deatsville.
• A Gas Drive-off was reported on the 3400 block of Central Plank Road in Wetumpka.
• Second-degree theft of property was reported on the 3400 block of Central Plank Road in Wetumpka when three transmissions — for a Volkswagen, a Chevy truck and a Ford Mustang — were stolen, along with assorted spare parts.

May 8
• First-degree theft of property was reported on the 300 block of Thicket Trail in Weoka when saddles, bridles, horse feed, horse shoes and a saddle blanket were stolen.
• Second-degree criminal mischief was reported on the 100 block of Fitzpatrick Street in Elmore.
• Receiving stolen property was reported on Riar Loop Road in Deatsville when a stolen light fixture and folding chair were found by deputies.
• Second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia were reported on the 100 block of Mountain Terrace in Wetumpka.
• Third-degree theft of property was reported on the 300 block of Teague Circle in Equality.

Arrests made by officer of the Elmore County Sheriff’s Department May 6-8.

May 6
• A Millbrook man, 22, was arrested at the jail and charged with third-degree theft of property.
* A Wetumpka man, 22, was arrested at the jail and charged with two counts of first-degree theft of property and one count of second-degree theft of property.
• A Wetumpka woman, 45, was arrested on the 500 block of Northwest Main Street and charged with hosting an open house party.

May 7
• A Millbrook man, 18, was arrested on Gober Road at Main Street in Millbrook and charged with minor in consumption of alcohol.
• A Prattville woman, 23, was arresrted at the jail on a grand jury indictment for unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance, chemical endangerment and possession of drug paraphernalia.
•A Wetumpka man, 28, was arrested on the 100 block of Parker Lane in Wetumpka and charged with disorderly conduct.
• A Deatsville woman, 18, was arrested at a Tallassee Highway recycling business and charged with third-degree theft of property, second-degree possession of marijuana, illegal possession of prescription medication and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• A Ragland man, 59, was arrested on U.S. 231 at the Collier Bridge and charged with driving under the influence.

May 8
• A Wetumpka man, 25, was arrested on the 100 block of Mountain Terrace and charged with second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• A Tallassee man, 61, was arrested on Winding Wood Trail in Wetumpka and charged with driving under the influence.
• A Deatsville man, 67, was arrested on the 100 block of Briar Loop Road in Deatsville and charged with third-degree receiving stolen property.
• A Wetumpka woman, 28, was arrestreed on the 1400 block of Crenshaw Road and charged with second-degree assault and domestic violence.
• A Deatsville woman was arrested at the jail and charged with second-degree theft of property.
• A Tallassee man, 29, was arrested on the 900 block of Burt Mill Road and charged wtih failure to appear on a marijuana possession charge.
• A Prattville man, 27, was arrested on Coosada Road and charged with failure to appear on a marijuana possession charge.
