Reports filed by officers of the Elmore County Sheriff’s Department May 30-June 3.

May 30
• Third-degree domestic violence harassment was reported on Nabors Circle in Tallassee when juvenile suspect threatened victim with a butcher knife.
• Breaking and entering a vehicle and second-degree theft of property were reported on the 000 block of Ashton Lane in Deatsville when unknown amount of cash, an emerald ring, a topaz ring, a radar detector and the car’s ash tray were stolen.
• Second-degree theft of services (electricity) and third-degree criminal trespass were reported on the 200 block of Hickory Drive near Lake Martin when suspect was found to have illegally used neighbor’s power service.
• Reckless endangerment was reported on the 000 block of Wrightsburg Circle in Wetumpka when suspect initiated unwanted game of chicken in their vehicles, while subject’s child was in car.
• Third-degree burglary and second-degree theft of property were reported on the 700 block of Lightwood Road when two 22 caliber handguns were stolen.
• Third-degree burglary and third-degree theft of property were reported on 200 Summerlin Drive in Wallsboro 100 feet of copper wire was stolen.
• Third-degree domestic violence harassment was reported on the 2000 block of Union Road in Eclectic when victim was struck in the head with butt of a handgun.

May 31
• Third-degree theft of property was reported on the 700 block of Flatrock Road in Tallassee when a weed trimmer, portable air tank and battery charger were stolen from a residence.
• Third-degree domestic violence (harassment) was reported on the 2100 block of Rifle Range Road in Redland when a television was thrown at victim during an argument.
• Attempting to elude was reported on the 100 block of Eagle Creek Court in Wetumpka when suspect hid in the woods behind house, then emerged claiming he was checking “some raccoon traps” back there.

June 1
• Third-degree burglary and second-degree theft of property were reported on the 2100 block of Burt Mill Road in Tallassee when a flatscreen TV, two lamps and a stereo system were stolen from a residence.
• Harassment was reported on the 000 block of Nobles Road in Wallsboro.
• Second-degree possession of marijuana was reported on the 3500 block of Gober Road in Millbrook.
• Harassment was reported on the 300 block of River Birch Circle in Wetumpka.
• First-degree criminal mischief was reported on the 300 block of Knock Drive on Lake Martin when a mattress, comforter and sheets and a .40 calibre handgun were damaged.
• Second-degree possession of marijuana was reported on Gober Road at Wade Street in Millbrook when green leafy plant-like material was found.
• Third-degree theft of property was reported on the 800 block of Central Plank Road in Wallsboro when various DVDs and some jewelry were stolen form a residence.
• Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of brass knuckles were reported on Coosada Parkway and at the Elmore County Jail.
• Third-degree harassment was reported on the 1000 block of Powell Loop Road in Wetumpka.
• Third-degree criminal mischief was reported on the 700 block of Duncan Road in Elmore.

June 2
• Third-degree assault and harassment were reported on the 000 block of Luther Street in Crenshaw after a violent escalation in neighbors’ ongoing feud.
•Third-degree burglary and first-degree theft of property was reported on the 7700 block of Central Plank Road in Santuck when an XBox 360, three flatscreen TVs, two DVD players, a jewelry box, and IPad were stolen.
• Third-degree domestic violence was reported on the 3300 block of Elmore Road in Wetumpka.
• Second-degree theft of property was third-degree burglary were reported on the 1500 block of Harris Road in Elmore when a shotgun, handgun and holster were stolen.
• Breaking and entering a vehicle and second-degree theft of property were reported when a handgun was stolen from a vehicle on the 1700 block of Emerald Mountain Parkway in Redland.
• Domestic violence and harassing communications were reported on the 300 block of Georgia Plank Spur in Wetumpka.

June 3
• Third-degree domestic violence (harassment) was reported on the 2100 block of Middle Road in Eclectic.
• Third-degree domestic violence (harassment) was reported on the 2100 block of Middle Road in Eclectic.
• Identity theft was reported by a victim on the 100 block of Oak Street in Wetumpka when a credit card was maxed out after being fraudulently used in Texas.
• Harassment was reported on the 79,000 block of Tallassee Highway in Wetumpka when victim was propositioned to “make some money” while walking for exercise.
• Third-degree burglary and second-degree theft of property were reported on the 200 block of Powell Road in Santuck when two laptop computers, a Kindle tablet, two monitors and a desktop computer were stolen.
• Third-degree domestic violence was reported on the 800 block of Oak Valley Road in Tallassee.
• Third-degree theft of property was reported on the 2500 block of Mitchell Road in Blue Ridge when a license plate was stolen.

• An Elmore man, 60, was arrested on the 800 block of Highway 14 in Elmore and charged with third-degree domestic violence.
• A Deatsville woman, 36, was arrested at the jail and charged with four counts of negotiating with a worthless instrument.
• A Prattville man, 39, was arrested at the county line after grand jury indictments on first-degree theft of property, second-degree theft of property and criminal mischief.
• A Montgomery man, 24, was arrested at the county line and charged with second-degree theft of property.

May 31
• A Deatsville man, 20, was arrested on Highway 14 at Wetumpka Municipal Airport in Elmore and charged with second-degree robbery.
• A Deatsville man, 21, was arrested on Foxwood Road at Deatsville Highway and charged with menacing.
• A Wetumpka man, 47, was arrested on Central Plank Road in Santuck and charged with violation of the community notice act as a sex offender who moved without notifying law enforcement.
• A Wetumpka man, 26, was arrested at the Elmore County Jail and charged with attempting to elude law enforcement.
• An Auburn man, 32, was arrested on Tallassee Highway at Good Hope Road and charged with possession of marijuana.
• A Marbury man, 30, was arrested on Highway 14 in Millbrook and charged with failure to appear on marijuana possession and FTA for possession of drug paraphernalia.
• A Montgomery woman, 30, was arrested on Highway 229 in Red Hill and charged with four counts of negotiating with a worthless instrument.
• A Wetumpka man, 48, was arrested on Highway 14 at the airport and charged with third-degree theft of property and failure to appear on a car break-in charge.
• A Coosada man, 50, was arrested in Elmore and charged with public intoxication, public lewdness and obstructing government operations.
• A Wetumpka man, 47, was arrested on Ceasarville Road in Holtvile and charged with third-degree domestic violence.

June 1
• A Wetumpka man, 31, was arrested on U.S. Highway 231 in Wetumpka and charged with driving under the influence.
• A Millbrook man, 48, was arrested on Gober Road at Wade Street in Millbrook and charged with second-degree possession of marijuana.
• A Montgomery man, 38, was arrested at the county line and charged with harassing communications.
• A Wetumpka man, 28, was arrested on Highway 14 at the airport and charged with resisting arrest.
• A Prattville man, 28, was arrested on Coosada Parkway and charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of brass knuckles.
• A Millbrook man, 31, was arrested on Gober Road in Millbrook and charged with second-degree possession of marijuana.

June 2
• An Elmore woman, 20, was arrested on Lucky Town Loop in Elmore and charged for failure to appear as a youthful offender.
• A Clanton woman, 35, was arrested at the jail and charged with first degree theft of property, third-degree burglary and harassing communications.
• A Wetumpka woman, 38, was arrested on Elmore Road and charged with third-degree domestic violence harassment.
• A Tallassee woman, 51, was arrested on Highway 14 at Good Hope Road and charged with negotiating with a worthless instrument.

June 3
• An Elmore woman, 59, was arrested on the 1200 block of Harris Road in Elmore and charged with disorderly conduct.
• A Wetumpka man, 47, was arrested at the jail and charged with four counts of failure to appear on drug possession, harassment and reckless endangerment charges.
• A Verbena woman, 43, was arrested on Alabama Highway 143 in Elmore and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
