Displays highlighting local businesses will abound Tuesday afternoon at the Wetumpka Civic Center during the Wetumpka Area Chamber of Commerce Business Expo. The event will feature a range of interactive exhibits, door prizes, giveaways and more.
“We sold out all of our booth spaces,” said Vanessa Lynch, chamber executive director. “We’re expecting a good crowd to attend.”
Last year’s expo attracted more than 500 visitors, Lynch said. She hopes this year’s event will draw an even larger crowd.
“We have a lot of wonderful exhibitors,” she said. “And I know there are going to be some great giveaways and some great door prizes.”
Lynch said the expo’s primary purpose is to give businesses the opportunity to have face-to-face interaction with customers interested in their services and products.
There is no admission fee to attend the expo.
