Oct. 7
• Rape on 800 block of Estes Butler Road in Wetumpka.
• Domestic violence (harassment) on 200 block of Maple Street in Elmore.
• Domestic violence (harassment) on 4200 block of Claude Road in Eclectic.
• Fraudulent use of a credit card on 900 block of Liberty Road in Tallassee.
• Domestic violence on 600 block of Leaf Street in Wetumpka.
• Possession of marijuana on Kent Road in Tallassee.
• Theft of property on 200 block of McRae Road in Deatsville where a traveler’s check was reported stolen.

Oct. 8
• Criminal mischief on 3000 block of Laurel Creek Road in Wetumpka.
•Theft of property on Countryside Lane in Elmore where a 2013 Nissan Altima was reported stolen.
• Harassing communications on Nocturn Drive in Eclectic.
• Receiving stolen property and carrying a concealed weapon on 4000 block of Oliver Road in Millbrook.
• Theft of property on 100 block of Brody Court in Deatsville where a rifle valued at $500 and a case valued at $50 were reported stolen.

Oct. 9
• Possession of marijuana on Alabama Highway 14 at Coosa River Parkway in Wetumpka.
• Theft of property on 1400 block of Rigsby Road in Tallassee where four boxes of clothing valued at $80 were reported stolen.
• Harassing communications on 300 block of Third Street in Elmore.
• Breaking and entering of a motor vehicle and theft of property on Wrightsburg Circle in Redland where computer valued at $500 and a buck knife valued at $20 were reported stolen.
• Identity theft on 4800 block of Friendship Road in Tallassee.
• Theft of property on 6500 block of Titus Road in Titus where a pocket book and its contents were reported stolen.

Oct. 7
• A Deatsville man, 49, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for obstruction of governmental operations.
• A Tallassee man, 52, was arrested and charged with harassment.
• A Tallassee man, 28, was arrested on failure to appear warrants for minor in possession of alcohol and public intoxication and charged with possession of marijuana.
• A Montgomery woman, 24, was arrested on failure to appear warrants for giving a false name to a law enforcement officer.
• A Montgomery man, 33, was arrested on failure to appear warrants for improper lane usage and driving while suspended.
• A Tallassee man, 26, was arrested and charged with driving while revoked and speeding.
• A Wolcott, N.Y. woman, 29, was arrested on failure to appear warrants for attempted identity theft and theft of property.
• A Titus man, 28, was arrested and charged with failure to pay child support.
• A Wetumpka man, 31, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for possession of marijuana.

Oct. 8
• A Columbus, Ga. woman, 23, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for promoting prison contraband.
• A Wetumpka man, 23, was arrested and charged with theft of property.
• A Wetumpka woman, 40, was arrested and charged with negotiating a worthless instrument.
• An Eclectic man, 64, was arrested and charged with domestic violence (harassment).
• A Wetumpka man, 20, was arrested and charged with harassment.
• A Deatsville man, 22, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for possession of marijuana.
• A Wetumpka man, 28, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for theft of property.
• A Wetumpka man, 56, was arrested and charged with harassment.
• A Tallassee man, 52, was arrested and charged with harassment.

Oct. 9
• A Deatsville man, 41, was arrested on a probation violation.
• A Wetumpka man, 61, was arrested and charged with reckless endangerment.
• A Tallassee man, 28, was arrested on failure to appear warrants for driving while suspended and driving while revoked.
• A Montgomery man, 41, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and on a failure to appear warrant for possession of marijuana.
• A Wetumpka woman, 45, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
• A Montgomery man, 21, was arrested and charged with harassment, intimidating a witness and unlawful imprisonment.
• A Millbrook woman, 52, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for theft of property.
• A Wetumpka man, 30, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for driving while suspended.

Oct. 10
• A Wetumpka man, 35, was arrested on failure to appear warrants for no seat belt and no insurance.
