Reports filed by officers of the Elmore County Sheriff’s Department Oct. 17-19.

 

Oct. 17

• Criminal mischief on Upper River Road and Weldon Road in Tallassee.

• Burglary and theft of property on 800 block of Fern Road in Holtville where a video game console and controllers valued at $500 and $20 in cash were reported stolen.

• Domestic violence on Marshell Road in Wetumpka.

• Harassing communications on 7800 block of Holtville Road in Holtville.

• Harassing communications on Katie Circle in Deatsville.

• Harassment on Katie Circle in Deatsville.

• Gas drive-off on Alabama Highway 14 where $51.10 worth of gas was taken without payment.

• Discharging a firearm into a building and criminal mischief on 500 block of Alabama Highway 143 in Elmore.

 

Oct. 18

• Burglary and theft of property on 200 block of Starr Drive in Redland.

• Burglary and theft of property on 3500 block of Dozier Road in Wetumpka where a jewelry box with assorted jewelry valued at $8,000, a handgun valued at $500, three TVs valued at $2,870 and a fire safe valued at $500 were reported stolen.

• Burglary and theft of property on 100 block of Lee Lanier Road in Eclectic where various tools were reported stolen.

• Theft of property on 700 block of Lake Eagle Nest Drive in Wetumpka where two cell phones valued at $600, two speakers valued at $200, an amp valued at $500 and various credit cards were reported stolen.

• Harassing communications on 2100 block of Alabama Highway 143 in Elmore.

• Theft of property and public intoxication on 1200 block of Lightwood Road in Deatsville.

• Theft of property on Cousins Court in Wallsboro where a 2003 F-150 valued at $12,000 was reported stolen.

• Assault and contributing to the delinquency of a minor on the 800 block of Fern Road in Wetumpka.

 

Oct. 19

• Receiving stolen property on Cousins Road in Wallsboro.

• Burglary on 1900 block of Dozier Road in Redland.

• Burglary and theft of property on 82100 block of Tallassee Highway in Eclectic where a musical keyboard valued at $300 was reported stolen.

• Gas drive-off on 9900 block of Holtville Road where $31.36 worth of gas was taken without payment.

• Menacing on 100 block of Shady Lane in Wetumpka.

• Harassment on 200 block of Mt. Hebron Road in Elmore.

 

Arrests made by officers of the Elmore County Sheriff’s Department Oct. 17-19.

 

Oct. 17

• A Montgomery man, 33, was arrested on a grand jury indictment for possession of marijuana and assault.

• A Deatsville woman, 25, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for possession of marijuana.

• A Prattville man, 22, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for driving while suspended.

• A Deatsville woman, 32, was arrested and charged with public intoxication, obstructing governmental operations, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

• A Wetumpka man, 35, was arrested and charged with domestic violence (harassment).

• A Wetumpka man, 44, was arrested and charged with failure to pay child support.

• A Prattville woman, 35, was arrested and charged with domestic violence.

 

Oct. 18

• A Wetumpka man, 35, was arrested on failure to appear warrants for domestic violence.

• An Eclectic man, 19, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

• A Tallassee man, 36, was arrested and charged with domestic violence (harassment).

 

Oct. 19

• A Birmingham man, 46, was arrested and charged with DUI.

• A Notasulga woman, 36, was arrested and charged with negotiating a worthless instrument.

• A Montgomery man, 36, was arrested on failure to appear warrants for DUI and no driver’s license.

• A Deatsville man, 40, was arrested and charged with failure to pay child support.
