Oct. 20

• Domestic violence (harassment) on Date Lane in Tallassee.

• Domestic violence (harassment) on 800 block of Creamer Road in Redland.

• Theft of property on 1200 block of Alabama Highway 143 in Elmore where a pair of sunglasses valued at $17 were reported stolen.

• Domestic violence (menacing) on 1000 block of East Fleahop Road in Eclectic.

• Criminal trespassing on Zeigler Place in Elmore.

• Theft of property on 3700 block of Grass Farm Road in Titus where a lawn mower valued at $999 was reported stolen.

• Theft of property and burglary on 100 block of Homeplace Road in Wetumpka where a Chevrolet 3500 valued at $45,000, a trailer valued at $10,000, three lawnmowers valued at $40,000, two weedeaters valued at $800, two edgers valued at $750 and two hedge trimmers valued at $1,000 were reported stolen.

• Possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on 600 block of Hamp Simmons Road in Tallassee.

 

Oct. 21

• Person prohibited from possession of a firearm and altering the ID of a firearm on Alabama Highway 111 and Crenshaw Road in Crenshaw.

• Criminal mischief on Alexis Drive in Elmore.

• Theft of property and burglary on 500 block of Rifle Range Road in Redland where a TV valued at $220, a video camera valued at $250, a watch valued at $150, a pellet gun valued at $50, an air compressor valued at $100 and a portable DVD player valued at $130 were reported stolen.

• Harassment on Serene Lane in Wetumpka.

• Harassing communications on 100 block of Old Field Road in Eclectic.

• Criminal littering on Hidden Creek Court in Elmore.

• Reckless endangerment on Upper River Road and Dean Circle in Tallassee.

• Burglary and theft of property on 100 block of Woodland Road in Redland where a refrigerator valued at $600 and an air conditioner valued at $565 were reported stolen.

 

Oct. 22

• Harassing texts on 3100 block of Georgia Road in Wetumpka.

•Harassing communications on 2000 block of Politic Road in Elmore.

• Theft of property on 600 block of West Central Road in Wetumpka where a license decal vaued at $26 was reported stolen.

• Theft of property on 1000 block of Old Georgia Plank Road in Wetumpka where a utility trailer valued at $1,000 was reported stolen.

• Domestic violence (harassment) on 1000 block of Old Georgia Plank Road in Wetumpka.

 

Oct. 23

• Theft of property on 2200 block of Rifle Range Road in Redland where a smoker valued at $2,000 was reported stolen.

• Identity theft on 300 block of Woodhaven Lane in Redland.

• Criminal mischief on Shady Trails Court in Wetumpka.

• Harassment on 3400 block of Firetower Road in Wetumpka.

• Domestic violence (harassment) on 1000 block of Old Georgia Plank Road in Wetumpka.

• A Dadeville woman, 40, was arrested and charged with negotiating a worthless instrument.

• A Deatsville man, 33, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

• A Prattville man, 24, was arrested and charged with harassing communications.

• A Wetumpka man, 30, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for driving while suspended.

• A Mobile man, 31, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for possession of marijuana.

• A Jemison man, 21, was arrested on failure to appear warrants for burglary and theft of property as well as a probation violation.

 

Oct. 21

• A Millbrook man, 24, was arrested on failure to appear warrants for expired tag and driving while suspended.

• A Deatsville man, 47, was arrested and charged with speeding, no plainly visible tag and driving while revoked.

• A Montgomery man, 18, was arrested on a grand jury indictment for burglary and theft of property.

• A Montgomery man, 40, was arrested and charged with forgery.

• A Millbrook man, 33, was arrested and charged with persons prohibited from possession of a firearm, altering the ID of a firearm, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• A Montgomery man, 26, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for possession of marijuana.

• A Deatsville man, 16, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

 

Oct. 22

• A Wetumpka man, 21, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for reckless driving.

• A Wetumpka man, 20, was arrested and charged with negotiating a worthless instrument.

• A Prattville man, 28, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

• A Tallassee man, 20, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• A Millbrook woman, 22, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

• A Wetumpka man, 45, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for harassing communications.

• A Deatsville woman, 18, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for an expired tag.

• An Elmore woman, 31, was arrested and charged with domestic violence (harassment).

• A Millbrook woman, 22, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

• A Tallassee man, 20, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• A Wetumpka man, 18, was arrested on failure to appear warrants for possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence.

• A Montgomery man, 60, was arrested on a grand jury indictment for theft of property.

• A Tallassee man, 52, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for expired driver’s license.

• A Wetumpka woman, 25, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for no driver’s license.

• A Millbrook man, 19, was arrested and charged with robbery.

• A Helena man, 34, was arrested and charged with theft of property.

• A Montgomery man, 29, was arrested and charged with domestic violence (harassment).

• A Deatsville man, 42, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
