Mrs. Mary Ann Rowe, 75, a resident of Eclectic, passed away on Nov. 11, 2013 in a local hospital.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Nov. 14, at 11 a.m. at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, with Rev. Vaughn Gardner and Rev. Gerald Wood officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Gassett Funeral Home of Wetumpka directing.

Mrs. Rowe is preceded in death by her husband, William Grady Rowe Sr., and son-in-law, Walter Robert Applin. She is survived by her son, William Grady (Gloria) Rowe Jr., daughters, Anna Rowe Applin, Letricia Rowe Calloway, stepmother, Virginia Holley Wood, siblings, Adolph (Peggy) Wood, Sue Ellen Wood (Henry) Tucker, Ocie Leon Gwin (Martha Kaye) Wood, Johnnie Ferris Wood, Jimmie Lee Wood (Ricky) Crowe, grandchildren, William Grady Rowe III, Thomas Luke Rowe, Audrey Fulmer (Mike) Bryson, Alana Fulmer (Derrick) Grooms, Cason Calloway (Denver) Thompson, Daniel Frank Calloway, Shelly Jean Vore, Monica Applin (Jenny) Malsom, Leisa Sisk Finley, great grandchildren, Tyra Brynn Bryson, Preston Bennett Bryson, Ava Bruce Thompson, Carly Brooke Finley, Austin Blake Finley and Lucy Applin Malsom.

Pallbearers will be William Grady Rowe III, Daniel Frank Calloway, Derrick Thomas Grooms, Thomas Luke Rowe, Michael Bennett Bryson and Denver Bruce Thompson.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, Nov. 13, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Gassett Funeral Home.

Flowers will be accepted or memorial donations may be made to Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery Fund. Mrs. Rowe will lie in state one hour prior to service time at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
