Arrest made in Eclectic arson casePublished 4:43pm Monday, December 9, 2013
Eclectic police assisted State Fire Marshal’s Office personnel Monday in arresting Eclectic resident Dwayne Foster and charging him with first-degree arson in the case of a fire last month on Claud Road, according to Eclectic Police Chief Robert Head.
Foster was charged in the Nov. 9 fire that destroyed the historic “Tucker Home” on Claud Road near the intersection with Brookley Drive. Three adult women and two children were inside the home at the time, leading to the first-degree arson charge.
