May 5

• Theft of property and criminal mischief on 500 block of New Bingham Drive in Redland where two memory cards valued at $60 were reported stolen.

• Harassment on 500 block of New Bingham Drive in Redland.

• Burglary and theft of property on Willow Oak Drive in Deatsville where $200 in change, various firearms and two laptops were reported stolen.

• Burglary and theft of property on 600 block of Balm Road in Santuck where various jewelry valued at $1,740 were reported stolen.

• Criminal mischief on 400 block of Matthis Road in Redland.

• Harassing communications on 5000 block of Grier Road in Weoka.

 

May 6

• Theft of property on 4700 block of Dozier Road in Redland where various prescription medications were reported stolen.

 

Arrests made by officers of the Elmore County Sheriff’s Department May 4-7.

 

May 4

• A Deatsville man, 27, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for negotiating a worthless instrument.

 

May 5

• An Ozark man, 51, was arrested on a grand jury indictment for rape.

• An Elmore man, 20, was arrested and charged with theft of property.

• A Deatsville man, 19, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.

• A Wetumpka man, 22, was arrested on failure to appear warrants for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

• A Montgomery woman, 24, was arrested and charged with harassment.

• A Wetumpka man, 35, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for DUI and charged with promoting prison contraband.

•  Wetumpka man, 24, was arrested and charged with theft of property and burglary.

• A Wetumpka man, 27, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for burglary, theft of property and on a probation violation.

• A Wetumpka woman, 47, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia.

 

May 6

• A Wetumpka man, 33, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

• A Wetumpka man, 43, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

• A Wetumpka woman, 35, was arrested and charged with theft of property.

• A Tallassee man, 22, was arrested on a probation violation.

• A Montgomery man, 23, was arrested on a probation violation.

• A Tallassee man, 62, was arrested and charged with domestic violence (harassment).

• A Tallassee man, 27, was arrested on a probation violation.

 

May 7

• A Millbrook man, 21, was arrested and charged with theft of property.

• A Tallassee woman, 30, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

• A Tallassee man, age unknown, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, receiving stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• A Wetumpka man, 22, was arrested and charged with DUI.

• A Tallassee man, 32, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana.

• A Birmingham man, 29, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for operating a vehicle without insurance, driving while revoked and speeding.

• A Wetumpka woman, 59, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• A Tallassee man, age unknown, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and attempting to elude.

• A Wetumpka woman, 26, was arrested and charged with harassment.

• An Elmore woman, 24, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
