May 10

• Burglary and theft of property on 200 block of Deer Creek Road in Wetumpka where assorted tools valued at $150 and tool box valued at $600 were reported stolen.

• Domestic violence (harassment) on Carpenter Road in Deatsville.

• Theft of property on 100 block of Stone Ridge on Lake Martin where a personal water craft valued at $5,000 was reported stolen.

• Breaking and entering of a motor vehicle and theft of property on 600 block of Jackson Street in Elmore where $200 in cash was reported stolen.

 

May 11

• Domestic violence (harassment) and criminal trespass on 1200 block of Sewell Road in Titus.

• Harassment on 1200 block of Sewell Road in Titus.

• Burglary and theft of property on 400 block of Chubbahatchee Circle in Wetumpka where various firearms valued at $6,500 and a TV valued at $1,500 were reported stolen.

• Harassment on 2900 block of Double Bridge Ferry Road in Eclectic.

• Possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on Henderson Road and Politic Road in Elmore.

 

May 12

• Domestic violence (harassment) on 100 block of Alexis Drive in Elmore.

• Burglary and theft of property on 1000 block of Alabama Highway 143 in Elmore.

• Burglary and theft of property on 1300 block of Hogan Road in Deatsville where a handgun and case were reported stolen.

• Harassing communications on 4700 block of Lightwood Road in Deatsville.

• Harassment on 100 block of Gantt Road.

• Theft of property on Bradley Drive in Elmore where an unknown amount of mail was reported stolen.

• Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle on 300 block of Jackson Street in Elmore.

• Menacing on 100 block of Friendship Road in Elmore.

• Harassing communications on 2200 block of Grier Road in Wallsboro.

 

May 13

• Burglary and theft of property on 500 block of Stoddard Drive in Redland where a camera valued at $545 and various firearms valued at $375 were reported stolen.

• Burglary and theft of property on 100 block of Gantt Road in Deatsville where various 12 packs of soft drinks and water and a fireproof safe were reported stolen.

•Harassment at Wetumpka Garden Apartments in Wetumpka.

• Criminal mischief on 4700 block of Lightwood Road in Deatsville.

 

May 14

• Theft of property on 4000 block of Jug Factory Road in Wetumpka where seven sheets of black iron valued at $1,000 and a motor valued at $500 were reported stolen.

• Theft of property on 800 block of Crenshaw Road in Wetumpka where $1,250 in cash was reported stolen.

• Theft of property on Lakeshore Drive in Holtville where a wallet and its contents were reported stolen.

 

May 15

• Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle on 200 block of Scarlet Oak Drive in Deatsville.

• A Millbrook man, 26, was arrested on failure to appear warrants for DUI, domestic violence (harassment) and domestic violence (assault).

• An Eclectic woman, 44, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for possession of a forged instrument.

• A Tallassee man, 70, was arrested and charged with DUI.

• A Millbrook man, 23, was arrested and charged with DUI.

• A Wetumpka man, 24, was arrested and charged with a probation violation, stalking and theft of property.

• A Wetumpka woman, 22, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for no driver’s license.

• A Montgomery woman, 31, was arrested and charged with burglary and theft of property.

• A Coosada man, 25, was arrested and charged with theft of property.

• A Millbrook woman, 19, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

• A Millbrook man, 22, was arrested and charged with public intoxication, resisting arrest, reckless endangerment and illegal possession of prescription medication.

 

May 11

• A Prattville man, 26, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for harassing communications.

• A Wetumpka man, 53, arrested on a failure to appear warrant for public intoxication and charged with illegal possession of prescription medication.

• A Childersburg man, 35, was arrested and charged with giving a false name to law enforcement.

• A Montgomery man, 21, was arrested and charged with domestic violence (harassing communications).

• A Tallassee man, 43, was arrested and charged with DUI and reckless driving.

• A Montgomery woman, 40, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for theft of property.

• A Wetumpka man, 45, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for public intoxication.

• A Montgomery woman, 31, was arrested and charged with negotiating a worthless instrument and on a failure to appear warrants for negotiating a worthless instrument.

• A Wetumpka woman, 24, was arrested and charged with failure to pay child support.

• A Wetumpka woman, 33, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for negotiating a worthless instrument.

• A Millbrook man, 21, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 

May 12

• A Montgomery man, 24, was arrested on a grand jury indictment for theft of property.

• A Wetumpka man, age unknown, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for DUI.

• A Wetumpka woman, 29, was arrested on failure to appear warrants for public intoxication.

• A Douglasville, Georgia man, 40, was arrested on a grand jury indictment for possession of a forged instrument.

• A Rocky Mountain, North Carolina man, 32, was arrested on a probation violation.

• A Wetumpka woman, 43, was arrested and charged with negotiating a worthless instrument.

• An Eclectic woman, 28, was arrested and charged with criminal mischief.

 

May 13

• A Huntsville man, 39, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and illegal purchase of ephedrine.

• An Equality man, 28, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for driving while revoked.

• A Tallassee man, 24, was arrested and charged with criminal littering and giving a false name to law enforcement and on failure to appear warrants for driving while suspended and no insurance.

• An Alexander City man, 19, was arrested on failure to appear warrants for youthful offender, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• A Millbrook man, 18, was arrested and charged with tampering with physical evidence.

• A Millbrook woman, 41, was arrested and charged with illegal possession of prescription drugs.

• A Montgomery man, 33, was arrested and charged with theft of property.

• A Millbrook woman, 20, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for minor in possession of alcohol.
