May 27

• Domestic violence (menacing) on Myrick Drive in Holtville.

• Identity theft on 600 block of Norrell Road in Tallassee.

• Criminal trespass on River Falls Road in Wallsboro.

• Criminal mischief and criminal trespass on 10300 block of Rucker Road in Elmore.

• Identity theft and possession of a forged instrument on 5500 block of Ceasarville Road in Holtville.

• Criminal mischief on 200 block of Foxwood Road in Deatsville.

 

May 28

• Burglary and theft of property on 900 block of Fern Road in Holtville where a jewelry box with assorted jewelry valued at $1,000 and a TV valued at $500 were reported stolen.

• Theft of property on Virginia Dale Drive in Elmore where a 2006 Ford Van was reported stolen.

• Theft of property on 5700 block of Alabama Highway 143 in Deatsville where a 2005 Chevy Silverado was reported stolen.

• Theft of property on 100 block of Southern Hills Ridge in Redland where a charm bracelet valued at $700 was reported stolen.

• Burglary and theft of property on South Narrow Loop Road in Holtville where a bow valued at $450 was reported stolen.

May 27

• A Wetumpka man, 28, was arrested on failure to appear warrants for no insurance and driving while suspended.

• A Deatsville man, 20, was arrested and charged with domestic violence (menacing).

• A Deatsville man, 43, was arrested and charged with failure to notify of change of address (sex offender).

• A Montgomery woman, 23, was arrested and charged with negotiating a worthless instrument.

• An Eclectic man, 27, was arrested and charged with obstruction of governmental operations.

 

May 28

• A Montgomery man, 20, was arrested and charged with theft of property.

• A Wetumpka man, 46, was arrested and charged with failure to notify of change of address (sex offender).

• A Wetumpka man, 43, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for receiving stolen property.

• A Wetumpka man, 46, was arrested and charged with harassment.

• A Wetumpka man, 42, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

• A Millbrook woman, 29, was arrested and charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and a probation violation and on a failure to appear warrant for public intoxication.
