June 5

• Domestic violence (assualt) on 700 block of Dexter Road in Wetumpka.

•Domestic violence (harrassment) on the 700 block of Dexter Road in Wetumpka.

•Theft of property on 500 block of West Central Road in Wetumpka where two window airconditioning units valued at $300 were reported stolen.

•Theft of property on 9000 block of Holtville Road in Deatsville where one tire hub oil retainer valued at $5000 was reported stolen.

•Criminal mischief on US Highway 231 in Wetumpka.

•Fraudulent use of credit card on 900 block of Burt Mill Road in Tallassee.

•Theft of property on Barry Lane in Wetumpka where checks were reported stolen.

•Breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property on 2000 block of Williams Road in Wetumpka where one purse valud at $300 and one blood pressure prescription were reported stolen.

•Breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property on Griffin Road in Eclectic where one bag of clothing was reported stolen.

•Breaking and entering of a vehicle on 300 block of Old Central Plack Road  in Wetumpka.

•Unauthorized use of vehicle on 1100 block of Mullins Road in Eclectic.

•Burglary and theft of property on 6000 block of Weldon Road in Eclectic where one stove valued at $600, two boxes of tiles valued at $100, and one radio valued at $100 were reported stolen.

•Theft of property on 100 block of Wilt Wade Lane in Wetumpka where on pistol valued at $260 was reported stolen.

•Harassment on 3100 block on Red Hill Road in Tallassee.

•Theft of property on 5700 block of Kowaliga Road in Eclectic where seven washing machine tubs valued at $280 and one tractor disc valued at $1,720 was reported stolen.

•Theft of property on 2500 block of Willliams Road in Weumpka where one pistol valued at $100 was reported stolen.

•Breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property on 2900 block of Williams Road in Wetumpka where one backpack valued at $100, two pairs of gloves valued at $35, one hoody valued at $35, one range finder valued at $400 and assorted hunting gear valued at $300 were reported stolen.

•Cruelty to a dog on Adkins Road in Wetumpka.

•Fleeing law enforcement officer and edangering the welfare of a child on 100 block of Kid Lane in Wetumpka.

 

June 6

• Burglary and theft of property of Blackjack Road in Tallassee where one tv valued at $800 was reported stolen.

•Theft of property on 1300 block of Marion Spillway Road in Elmore where petrified wood valued at $12,000 was reported stolen.

•Theft of property on Lucky Town Loop in Elmore where one 1985 Grand Prix valued at $3,500 was reported stolen.

•Theft of property on 1600 block of Indian Trail in Tallassee where one trailer valued at $1,000 was reported stolen.

•Theft of property on Davis Lane in Wetumpka where one shitzu valued at $800 was reported stolen.

 

June 7

•Theft of property on Pinehill Lane in Eclectic where one grill valued at $1,900 was reported stolen.

•Criminal mischief on Sunshine Hollow in Eclectic.

•Domestic violence (assault) on 1600 block of Possum Trot Road in Deatsville.

•Theft of propery on 6300 block of Deatsville Highway in Deatsville where one weed trimmer valued at $250 and handtools valued at $250 were reported stolen.

•Possession of certain chemical compounds and resisting arrest on 200 block of Lucky Town Loop in Elmore.

 

June 8

•Theft of property and burglary on 800 block of Nobles Road in Wetumpka where one credit card and two air conditioning units valued at $900 were reported missing.

• Criminal mischief on 1600 block of Highway 231 in Elmore.

•Burglary and theft of property on Ceaserville Road in Wetumpka where one rifle valued at $300, one rifle valued at $350, one shotgun valued at $425, three bait cast reels and rods valued at $300 and two spinner reels and rods valued at $90 were reported stolen.

• Attempted rape on 700 block of Duncan Road in Wetumpka.

 

Arrests made by officers of the Elmore County Sheriff’s Department June 4-8.

 

June 4

• A Wetumpka man, 33, was arrested and charged with fleeing an officer,endangering the welfare of a child, failure to appear warrant for escpae and stolen property and failure to appear warrant for discharge of a gun.

 

June 5

• A Wetumpka man, 33, was arrested and charged with failure to appear warrant for failure to stop at stop sign and failure to appear warrant for driving in the improper lane.

• A Hokes Bluff man, 24, was arrested and charged with burglary, theft of property, possession of burglar’s tools and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

• A Wetumpka woman, 52, was arrested and charged with negoiationg a worthless insturment and failue to appear.

• A Wetumpka man, 22, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

• A Wetumpka man, 39, was arrested and charged with domestic violence (harassment.)

• A Wetumpka woman, 40, was arrested and charged with domestic violence (assault.)

• A Wetumpka man, 30, was arrested and charged with failure to appear warrants for driving under the influence.

• A Wetumpka man, 23, was arrested and charged with failure to appear warrants for harassing conversation.

• A Deatsville woman, 26, was arrested and charged with theft of property and fraudulent use of a credit card.

• A Montgomery man, 19, was arrested and charged with failure to appear warrant for speeding of 25 mph.

 

June 6

• A Mufreeshore, Tennesse man, 26, was arrested and charged with theft of property.

• A Prattville man, 29, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• A Mobile man, 32, was arrested and charged with failure to appear warrant for possession of marijuana.

•A Wetumpka woman, 25, was arrested and charged with failure to appear warrant for possession of marijuana.

 

June 7

• A Wetumpka man, 28, was arrested and charged with harassing communications.

•A Montgomery man, 28, was arrested and charged with failure to appear warrants for leaving the scene of an accident.

• An Elmore man, 20, was arrested and charged with possession of salvia divinorum, resisting arrest, failure to appear warrants for switched tags and failure to appear warrants for failure to register a vehicle.

• A Montgomery man, 28, was arrested and charged with failure to appear warrants for leaving the scene of an accident.

 

June 8

• A Rockford woman, 25, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.

• An Autauga man, 51, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
