Aug. 4

• Criminal littering on Gold Mine Road in Tallassee.

• Theft of property on 2000 block of Titus Road in Titus where a cell phone valued at $100 was reported stolen.

• Theft of property on 800 block of Nobles Road in Wetumpka where a debit card was reported stolen.

• Fraudulent use of a debit/credit card on 600 block of Cousins Road in Wetumpka.

 

Aug. 5

• Burglary and theft of property on Dawns Farm Road in Titus where $275 of currency and various jewelry valued at $1,500 were reported stolen.

• Criminal mischief on 1000 block of Nixon Lane in Wetumpka.

• Identity theft on 300 block of Sunny Brook Drive in Deatsville.

• Theft of property on corner of Island Road and Tiger Point Road in Titus where a test set for cable repair valued at $3,000 was reported stolen.

• Burglary and theft of property on 100 block of Pleasant Hill Road in Eclectic where two jewelry boxes with various jewelry were reported stolen.

• Theft of property on Firetower  Road in Wetumpka where a 2013 ATV valued at $7,799 was reported stolen.

• Passing of counterfeit paper on Lightwood Road in Holtville.

• Domestic violence (harassment) on 700 block of Duncan Road in Elmore.

 

Aug. 6

• Theft of property on Alabama Highway 143 at Fire Station Road in Elmore where a lawn tractor valued at $3,000 was reported stolen.

• Identity theft on 1200 block of Thornton Road in Titus.

• Harassment on 200 block of Mt. Hebron Road in Elmore.

• Criminal mischief on 500 block of New Bingham Drive in Redland.

Aug. 4

• A Deatsville man, 21, was arrested and charged with harassment.

• A Deatsville woman, 23, was arrested and charged with assault.

• A Wetumpka man, 33, was arrested and charged with theft of property.

• A Montgomery woman, 28, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

• A Millbrook man, 28, was arrested and charged with failure to pay child support.

• A Wetumpka man, 42, was arrested and charged with DUI.

 

Aug. 5

• An Elmore man, 60, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for open container.

• A Montgomery man, 23, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for possession of marijuana.

• A Montgomery man, 49, was arrested and charged with theft of property.

• A Montgomery woman, 21, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for speeding.

• A Montgomery man, 34, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• A Prattville man, 27, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for domestic violence (harassment).

• A Wetumpka man, 48, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for public intoxication.

• A Wetumpka man, 44, was arrested and charged with failure to notify of address change (sex offender).

• A Millbrook man, 30, was arrested and charged with theft of property.

 

Aug. 6

• A Wetumpka woman, 18, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and carrying a pistol without a permit.

• An Elmore woman, 29, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for obstruction of governmental operations.

• A Tallassee man, 26, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for speeding.

• A Luverne man, 37, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

• A Wetumpka man, 19, was arrested and charged with theft of property.

• A Wetumpka man, 28, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for possession of marijuana and charged with failure to pay child support.

• A Coosada man, 25, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and on a failure to appear warrant for DUI.

• A Deatsville woman, 47, was arrested and charged with harassment.

• A Deatsville woman, 38, was arrested on failure to appear warrants for no insurance and expired tag.

• A Deatsville man, 26, was arrested on failure to appear warrants for public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.
