PUBLIC NOTICE MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE. Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Barbara Lenoir, Married woman, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Ins., solely as a nominee for Everett Financial, Inc.
