PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Shannon Ivey Grier and John W. Grier, Jr., wife and husband, to H&R Block Mortgage Corporation, a Massachusetts Corporation, on June 26, 2006, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Elmore County, Alabama, at Book RLPY 2006, Page 53301; and subsequently transferred to Option One Mortgage Corporation; and subsequently transferred to HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for SG Mortgage Securities Trust 2006-OPT2, Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2006-OPT2; HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for SG Mortgage Securities Trust 2006-OPT2, Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2006-OPT2, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Elmore County Courthouse, in Wetumpka, Alabama, on October 30, 2019, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate, situated in Elmore County, Alabama, to-wit: Commence at an old 3/4" iron pipe marking the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, Section 17, T. 20 N, R. 17 E, Elmore County, Alabama; thence South 2 degrees 06` 22" East 908.41 feet; thence due east 640.51 feet to an old 1/2" rebar on the North R/W of New Harmony Road and the Point of Beginning; thence leaving said road North 11 degrees 22` 06" West 168.65 feet to a 5/8" rebar; thence North 84 degrees 26` 33" East 253.91 feet to an 5/8" rebar on the North right of way of said road; thence along said R/W and along a curve to the right, having a radius of 2342.59 feet; South 49 degrees 07` 35" West 290.25 feet (chord) to the point of beginning.
