PUBLIC NOTICE MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE NOTICE Default having been made in the terms of that certain Mortgage, executed on October 28, 2022, by Gena L Norris, unmarried, as Mortgagor, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., which said Mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate, Elmore County, Alabama, in RLPY Book 2022 at Page 69183 on November 29, 2022, and subsequently assigned to Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, and recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate in Elmore County, Alabama, in RLPY Book 2025 at Page 39230 on July 16, 2025 and default having continued under the terms of said Mortgage, and by virtue of Alabama Code Section 35-10-3 and 35-10-2, the following described real property will be sold at public outcry, for cash, to the highest bidder, in front of the Courthouse door of said County, during the legal hours of sale, on September 10, 2025. The following described property located in Elmore County, State of Alabama, to wit: Begin at an iron pin known as the Northeast corner of Lot 20, Rifle Range Road Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 4 at Page 70, in the office of the Judge of Probate of Elmore County, Alabama (said pin also located on the South rights-of-way of Turner Road): Thence leaving said South rights-of-way, S 30 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds W 106.00 feet to an iron pin; thence N 59 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds W 150.00 feet to an iron pin; thence N 24 degrees 55 minutes 34 seconds E 106.55 feet to an iron pin located on the South rights-of- way of Turner Road; thence along said rights-of-way S 59 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds E 160.81 feet to the Point of Beginning. Parcel ID: 24-06-23-1-001-024.000 Being the same property conveyed to Gena L. Norris and Mary F. Norris by deed from Consent Order as to Gena L. Norris and Mary F. Norris, filed in the Circuit Court of Elmore County, Alabama, Case No. CV-2020-900284.00 recorded 05/18/2021 in Book 2021 Page 142687, in the Probate Judge's Office for Elmore County, Alabama. Subject to all easements, restrictions and reservations appearing of record.
