The Wetumpka softball team is looking to go back-to-back.
After winning its second Class 6A state championship in program history last season, the Indians are hitting the road once again for Oxford to compete in the state tournament.
Wetumpka is one of just eight teams left in Class 6A. They open the tournament, weather permitting, at 9 a.m. on Tuesday against Hartselle at Choccolocco Park in Oxford.
